Change starts here.
Evidence-based therapy tailored to help you overcome obstacles and meet your goals.

People decide to engage in therapy for a variety of reasons, but most come because they’ve been feeling stuck. If you’ve been feeling this way, you’ve already taken the first step towards helping yourself. As a licensed clinical psychologist, my role is to support and guide clients on their path towards change. I will work with you to build a safe and collaborative partnership that will help you feel empowered to reach your goals and change your life.

My Approach

I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you don’t have to figure it out alone. My work is rooted in compassion and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Using evidence-based methods through a trauma-informed lens, I’ll help you build practical coping skills for life’s challenges while also exploring the deeper patterns that shape how you move through the world and through relationships. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that supports lasting, meaningful change.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer DBT-informed Parent Coaching to help parents feel more confident in navigating tough moments and setting healthy limits. I also provide couples and family therapy, creating space to strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and build understanding so relationships feel more connected and supportive.
